If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.

RETURNS :
- We allow a 14 day return policy from the date you received it with item in original condition and packaging.
- For a refund, customer will be responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refund will be made after the item is received. Winner Caps is not responsible for tracking this return.
EXCHANGES :
- We allow a 14 day exchange policy. All exchanges will be processed after we receive the original item.
- Customer will be responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. (Unless item is defected or it is our shipment error).
- Winner Caps is not responsible for tracking the return.
- Once returned item is received, we will issue a refund.
