Shipping and Delivery
At this time, Winner Caps MFG. Company ships merchandise to locations within the United States and selected International countries. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Return Policy
Returns and exchanges may be made within 20 days after receiving date.
For Returns, please email admin@winnercaps.com with your order# and instructions will be advised. Customer will be responsible for returning shipping cost.
For Exchanges, please email admin@winnercaps.com with order# for instructions.
All returns/exchanges must be returned in the same good condition as it was sent.
Refund will be issued once return cap is received.
For international returns, customer will be responsible for return shipping and also for exchange cost for shipping back.
